Growing up in Atlanta, a few would have thought that Queon Holmes would turn out to be a success woman, much less an entrepreneur who could envision. She a Mother, She a Wife, She a Author, She a Motivate Speaker, She a business women, and a child of God.

At the age 14year old she always dreams to have her own business. She start off  braiding hair  making it  her own  business 

 Ms.  Rudy Hair Braiding she branch out want to do more. As her mom went through a divorce she start going to The Covenant House were  she further  education  in getting  her Ged & Taking  Up  Life  Ready Skills.

About 5 years just trying to find my passion & myself I knew I want to  do  more in my life. 

In 2006 She Started Queon Shine & Go. A boutique online to No matter what life throw at you no matter big or small you can shine in every  angel  through life. No matter if it fashion or beauty. In fashion, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but quality should never be a compromise. No matter what you are looking for, we guarantee durability. We are committed to providing you styles that have quality built in and will last through the wear and tear of your day. She has her own hair line, her own lip gloss/lipstick, and customize t-shirt.

In 2007 She start her  own cleaning company  which  serve  residential  & commercial  clients. Later In 2015 she partner with Amazon Home  Service  for clients. She later hiring 10 people to join her team. As of today she still have Shine &  Go Cleaning  Service were she service in  the metro Atlanta  area.

In May 26, 2008 my life change before my  eyes when  I lost my  grandmother. I was so broken losing  my  bestfriend. I want to  do  something to  let  my grandmother  name always  been  remember. I can up  with  Julia  Hands of love  my  grandmother  house  always  no  judgement. I start  my  grandmother  gone physical  but  spiritually  she  was  a special  lady with  heart  big  as  gold. I establishing Julia Hands Of Love Nonprofit in memory of her grandmother, who suffered from Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).  The nonprofit, Julia Hands of Love, will promote research into the disease and help make people more aware of the disease, which strikes many people who do not know that they have it, and to giving back all year around. During  December  2008  she became  a advocate  for  COPD.

Queon start to do a outreach in the senior living to teach them more about Copd and giving back with lots of love. Queon will go to the Adamsville Senior Living Home Couple Times Of Year To spend A Saturday  spread the love. Queon Start to reach out more by feeding homeless hot meal & toiletries on the 2nd & 4th of each Saturday In The Month were she feeds about 200 people on a monthly  basic.

Queon start to also team up with United Way 211, The Whole Foods, Krogers, 1800 truck wreck, Hanes, and more so she help people 365 a year in Dekalb, Fulton, Cobb County were she bless individual with rental assistance, food pantry, utilities assistance, and toy drive. Holidays season such Back To School Drive, Thanksgiving Drive, Christmas Angel Queon have work alone & with other agencies to make so many people smile.

Queon  also wrote a book  Call  Changes November 14, 2014

And that life story is also the basis for her book, Changes.  Released in November 11, 2014, and quickly rising to become a New Release Top Seller on Amazon in Biography & Memoirs her first week her book release  , the book tells Queon’s story, the struggles of a young teenager, who rises to become a successful business woman despite harsh trials and tribulations.

Queon became a mother & a wife in  2016

Queon still  serving Julia Hands Of Love Nonprofit  over  13  years  in  serving  the  community.

The fact that she has risen above her circumstances to produce such success is precisely the message that her company was created for: to proclaim her firm belief that, no matter what your circumstance, no matter who you are, you must keep a positive attitude and never let anyone tell you that you cannot make it.  Remember God always lead you in  the  right  direction for  you to  shine.  

   Queon is connecting on a new project for communities center for life ready skills, computer skills, job placement , housing placement. Julia Hands Of Love Nonprofit Corporation became 5013c. Queon goals to do more with more involved Queon passion to helping others 

We focus on making the maximum positive effort for our community. Our members and volunteers provide the momentum that helps us affect change. We offer  provide food to  families in need ,seniors, and  individual. We offer resources  housing placement individuals and families .Using data driven models, we provide solutions that make a long-lasting difference. We offer food, rental, utilities assistance serving about  40,000 people  yearly. We have yearly  events  Julia hands Of  Love  Day, Back  To School, Toy Drive were we collect toys yearly, senior high school sponsorship , turkey drive, feed the homeless 2nd & 3rd of the month. We  also  adding more  service soon in  the  community  center, Were would  offer  more program like  job  skills, computer  skills, life ready skills, and more.

Apply  15th -20th  each month 

Funds cover Rent, Utilities, Mortgage, Security Deposits As A result Of Eviction
